Normally, for most of the countries, the customs charges are including in the shipping fees.

However, there are some items that might not be exempt and extra fees need to be paid. This would depend on each country's policy, postal service or customs procedure.

Missynails will not be responsible for any extra charges or returned packages in such cases. However, as specified above, this fee is included in most cases.

REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

CANCELLATIONS:

We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get the refund. We process orders between 24-48 hours time frame. If the cancellation is after this time frame, we might not be able to cancel. We cannot cancel orders already shipped out.

RETURNS:

We accept returns of products. Our clients have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of receipt of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, please send your request with the purchase receipt. The only charge at most will be the shipping cost and the return label is at client's expenses. No restocking fee to be charged to the clients for product returns.

Missynails will provide the return address. Please do not refuse the package as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under our policies.

REFUNDS (If applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. If the item is in acceptable conditions, your refund will be approved and automatically applied to the original method of payment.
